ROLE SUMMARY
The Web Analytics Coordinator supports the M edia M easurement W eb A nalytics department by contributing to the detailed process of report delivery including dashboard development and updates , monthly report tracking , data monitoring , trouble shooting , mapping exercises and QA . The coordinator should show meticulous attention to detail , prompt response to data inquiries and dedication to efficient enablement of workflows . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, has a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and is eager to make an impact!
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
General Team Support
  • Assist the web team with routine reporting tasks and ensure timely delivery of analyses
  • Track cross brand initiatives and communicate statuses to teams
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes and updates
  • Collaborate with web team to support project delivery
  • Juggle multiple issues and priorities simultaneously with strong follow-through
  • Be flexible to take on new tasks as needed and as identified
  • Field priority data inquiries in a timely manner

Support monthly reporting and dashboard review
  • Assist in organizing and tracking web analytics tasks related to measurement of monthly campaign performance
  • Set up, edit, and maintain web analytics dashboards, both scheduled and as needed
  • Support dashboard maintenance and ensure data accuracy
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with relevant teams

Project Manage Data quality identification and resolution
  • Monitor reporting data quality and flag anomalies or issues
  • Submit and track tickets for data corrections and tagging updates
  • Coordinate across teams (marketing, dev, analytics) to resolve issues
  • Maintain documentation of reporting processes and ticket statuses

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Data Science)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working independently and managing ambiguity
  • Prior experience in web analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) , marketing operations, or reporting support
  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Interest in AI
