- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a formal project plan by participating in scope definition and requirements gathering meetings - taking notes, task definition, understanding of dependencies.
- Assist with the prioritization and management of project tasks based on their impact to the project and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Assist in the development and distribution of detailed project status reports- including entry and communication of any project updates.
- Proactively monitor project KPIs including budget, % complete, and timing of all initiatives and if anything starts to diverge from plan, alert manager to discuss correction procedures.
- Plan and facilitate effective meetings with project stakeholders

- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in field
- Overall experience required- 0 to 2 years
- Certification preferred: Certified Project Manager or Project Management Professional
- Intermediate skillset minimum in Microsoft Office Suite: Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, & SharePoint.
- Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.

- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
