Our company utilizes industry-specific platforms such as IMS and ImageRight to manage critical business processes. We are seeking an Application Configuration Specialist to configure and maintain these systems, ensuring they align with business needs.
Your Impact:
- Configure and maintain IMS, ImageRight, and other business-specific platforms as directed
- Assist in customizing workflows, permissions, and other application features to meet business requirements'; Troubleshooting: Address configuration-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and changes; Test and validate configurations to ensure they function as intended and meet business objectives
- Work closely with stakeholders, including underwriters and IT teams, to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide first-level support for application configuration issues and assist in resolving user inquiries
Successful Candidate Wil Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role configuring enterprise applications; experience with IMS or ImageRight is a strong plus; Experience in the insurance or financial services industry; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with configuration management, workflows, and basic system administration
- Familiarity with document management systems such as ImageRight; Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other tools to support configuration-related tasks.
- Understanding of policy management systems or workflows
At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and 10 days of paid time off and 11 paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected annual pay range for this position is between $70,000 to $90,000 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
