WHY THIS ROLE IS UNIQUE

This role puts you at the intersection of AI and investing. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role. You will be expected to build, experiment, and deliver — not just advise. At the same time, you will need the presence and judgment to work directly with senior investment professionals and advocate for your team's needs in a cross-functional setting.

  • Impact: Influence on how a multi-billion-dollar investment team works, with a mandate to innovate.
  • Breadth: Exposure to every stage of the investment process and to senior investors from day one.

  • Apprenticeship: You will learn and be mentored by top-tier AI practitioners and investors, offering great opportunities to grow your career and develop your skills at the intersection of AI and investing.
  • Global footprint: The GSS business has strong presence in North America, Europe and Asia. While based in Boston, in this role you will have the opportunity to travel frequently to NY, Europe and Asia and embed yourself with teams in those regions.
