As an Account Solutions Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of AdAction’s mobile advertising campaigns. You’ll work hands-on with data, tools, and teams to help optimize performance, uncover insights, and improve outcomes for both advertisers and publishers.

Execute and optimize campaigns: Support accurate setup, monitor day-to-day performance, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes for advertisers and media partners.
Turn data into insights: Analyze campaign metrics to uncover trends, diagnose performance issues, and make recommendations that drive results.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Business Development, Business Intelligence, and Campaign Delivery teams to share findings, align on priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
Enhance internal processes: Help improve reporting workflows, dashboards, and documentation to increase team efficiency and data accuracy.
Engage with and support AI innovation: Champion and support the adoption of AI-driven tools and solutions across the team, identifying opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation.
Contribute to innovation: Support projects that test new campaign strategies, automation opportunities, or product features designed to enhance performance and monetization.
Grow your expertise: Develop a strong understanding of user acquisition, ad monetization, analytics, and the tools that power performance marketing at scale.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with SQL and Excel preferred; a willingness to learn both is essential.
Experience or strong aptitude with AI tools and solutions, including applying emerging technologies to data analysis or operational processes.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic about learning new tools, concepts, and trends in digital advertising.
Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and problem-solving.

Annual Salary Range: $50,000–$65,000*
Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
