About the role
We're seeking a driven Account Manager to manage client and strategic partner relationships, drive account performance, and support business growth. This hybrid role blends client success, partnership development, marketing collaboration, and technical coordination within a fast-paced financial technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Partner Relationship Management• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners, managing day-to-day communications• Nurture existing relationships through regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and events• Monitor account and partner performance metrics; identify areas for optimization• Address and resolve client/partner concerns proactively to ensure long-term success• Maintain accurate records and touchpoints using CRM tools
Account Growth & Business Development• Manage renewals, compliance requests (e.g., SOC2, insurance), and invoicing• Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts• Actively research, identify, and establish new lending partnerships to expand market presence• Present compelling value propositions and negotiate mutually beneficial terms
Marketing & Product Enablement• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to boost partner and client performance• Tailor marketing materials based on data insights and partner needs• Introduce new products and enhancements to clients and partners, providing training and support• Ensure stakeholders stay informed on platform capabilities and updates
Technical Coordination & Support• Partner with implementation and tech teams to resolve service issues and guide clients through onboarding• Conduct platform demonstrations and provide guidance on use cases and configurations• Track and report on project progress, client KPIs, and performance benchmarks
Requirements
Required• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in client success, partnerships, or account management• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills• Experience working with CRM platforms and SaaS tools• Demonstrated success in driving revenue and managing strategic relationships
Preferred• Experience in financial services or fintech• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks (BSA, AML, SOC2, etc.)• Background in partnership marketing, sales enablement, or product training
Salary Description
$100,000-$130,000
