We’re seeking an outstanding Account Development Specialist looking to launch a career in marketing tech. You’re resourceful, collaborative, a team player, and a quick study. As an Account Development Specialist, you’ll identify and connect with potential customers for the dataxu SaaS-based platform. You’ll assist in the development of a strong pipeline of potential new customers through direct and indirect customer contact and prospecting. You’ll work together with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to capitalize on corporate initiatives.

In addition to extensive training, the ideal candidate will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They will perform a variety of tasks and be a motivated self-starter. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

The ideal candidate will update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.

About the Job 

  • Coordinate with colleagues in managing account activities and processes
  • Maintain positive working relationship with clients for business growth
  • Manage pipeline daily
  • Develop effective business presentations according to client needs
  • Review reports for accuracy and integrity
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure client deliverables are in accordance with company standards
  • Execute and manage assigned work within allotted timeline and budget
  • Organize meetings and provide agendas and meeting notes

About You 

  • The position requires a Bachelor's degree 
  • 0-3 years of experience in Marketing or Sales
  • Strong planning and organizational skills: time management, prioritization and attention to detail
  • Ability to track and manage multiple tasks, accounts and campaigns
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Self-starter that is highly motivated and driven
  • Excellent customer skills: responsive, credible, consultative, knowledgeable
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Experience leveraging MS Office and CRM (Salesforce.com) a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Great aptitude and a passion to learn more everyday
