Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Unlike the typical FSA account we provide a Health Savings Account (HSA) which is even better! The HSA plan is used to defer money tax-free to pay for qualified, unreimbursed medical expense.

Health Insurance Benefits

BCBS provides a comprehensive PPO and HMO plan for employees. You will have access to a large network of physicians. We cover up to 75% of the (3K & 6K) deductible by funding employees HSA accounts.

Life Insurance

We offer coverage on day 1 at no cost for employees provided by Unum. You will receive 1x annual salary up to a maximum of $175,000.

Wellness Programs

Our office is equipped with standing desks for all employees. Our insurance offers a perk called Healthy Actions where if you get a yearly physical you are eligible to receive a $300 debit card.
