In 2020, using the word “booming” in a positive business context feels like a spelling error.

After all, the pandemic completely upended the U.S. business landscape, shifting offices to remote screens, and for many, wiping out quarterly goals, stalling company profits, inducing hiring freezes and worst of all, causing layoffs.

But amidst all of the uncertainty, some companies were actually well-positioned to thrive.

The U.S. (and global) business landscape has drastically shifted in the last six months. What's one way in which consumer demand has changed to benefit your company?

Over the last six months, there has been a dramatic shift toward the web and the emphasis that companies are placing on their online experience. Building a better web experience has always been at the core of LogRocket’s mission, which has allowed us to be well-positioned for this shift to remote working, learning and everything in between. Our team saw record sales in Q2 and Q3 and it’s been really exciting to see companies, across all sectors, turn to LogRocket as they invest in their online presence.

 

 

Define success at LogRocket.

Success at LogRocket comes down to our customers and helping them build a better user experience. Our best-in-class product experience monitoring platform has always allowed our customers to monitor and improve their online experiences. With the release of our new metrics platform, our customers are now able to proactively surface and fix problems before they affect customers. This has been a major win for our customers and has been pivotal to the growth we’ve seen in 2020.

We feel that the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the wave of digital transformation.’’

What big trends do you predict for your industry in 2021?

We feel that the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the wave of digital transformation and we’re excited to see how both modern and traditional businesses build innovative online experiences. We’re continuing to invest our resources into building best-in-class tools for our customers so they can build the best experience for their users.
