This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with a glass is half-full disposition seeking an opportunity to initiate your professional career. The Workplace Experience Associate will have the opportunity help shape our corporate culture by creating and maintaining an engaging physical office environment. Additionally, the Workplace Experience Associate will be the first person visitors meet when visiting our corporate headquarters here in Boston. Subsequently, you will set the tone for all visitor experiences. As a member of DraftKings' workplace experience team, the associate will help organize special events and much more.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify creative opportunities to improve our office setting
• Welcome guests and assist with the visitor sign-in process in accordance to security protocol
• Manage incoming shipments and coordinate pick up/delivery of express mail (UPS, FedEx)
• Maintain & restock office supply inventory at reception
• Comprehensively track all visitor and new hire badge use
• Help maintain interview & conference rooms daily
• Maintain and order office supplies and snacks
• Assist with other duties as requested to ensure the smooth functioning of the office
• Assist with all duties as they relate to corporate housing
• Work with building landlord to manage visitor sign-in system to our office building

Key Qualifications

• An eye for aesthetic
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor with a customer focus in dealing with visitors
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Exhibit a 'can-do' attitude
• Flexible availability
