ownerIQ is seeking a VTM Account Manager to join the ownerIQ Client Services team. The ownerIQ Client Services team works to deliver ‘Best in Class’ customer service to each and every one of our clients. Our VTM (Vendor Targeted Marketing) team, in particular, works with our retail clients, giving them direct access to their manufacturers’ data, as well as to our unique service platform, helping retailers transform the way they manage their business online.

This position is a great learning experience with limitless career opportunities, including: business development, sales, client services, or ad operations.

This position reports to the Client Service Manager, VTM.

 Responsibilities:
  • Working directly with clients, sales and ad operations to successfully launch all campaigns
  • Monitoring an assigned portfolio of campaigns daily for pace and performance, making sure both meet or exceed client expectations
  • Onboarding new Retailers to the ownerIQ’s CoEx platform, helping to familiarize them with ownerIQ’s technologies
  • Educate retailers on the VTM program, including understanding success metrics, campaign goals and reporting
  • Consulting with clients on how best to use OIQ’s ‘Self-serve’ CoEx interface in order to meet the client’s unique business needs
  • Working in tandem with the Marketing team to help manage the ownerIQ VTM support site (submitting content, increasing clients’ awareness of features at their disposal)
 Qualifications / Skills:
  • Four year college degree (BA/BS)
  • 2-3 years experience in digital agency/client-facing role; preference for experience with small businesses (retailers, manufacturers)
  • Familiarity with SaaS business model; working experience within this model is preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Effective project management skills; able to prioritizing effectively and work well with various internal teams to meet deadlines
  • Ability to think critically and assess client needs and campaign trends
  • Must have a desire to be part of a fast-paced start-up type of environment
 Compensation:
