Summary:
Acquia is seeking a VP of Cloud Product Management with experience and passion for building great products. You must have a proven track record of building and leading world class product teams through the hyper-growth period, entering the maturity phase and potentially through future financial events. The ideal candidate will have a healthy mixture of business and operational experience, combined with product experience.
As a member of the Acquia Leadership team, you will partner with:
Executives, customers, and stakeholders to define and drive the overall product strategy
Engineering management to deliver innovative and differentiating PaaS and SaaS solutions
Marketing and Sales leaders to define go to market strategy, packaging and pricing
Financial planning & analysis on activities such as investment cases, bookings targets, margin analysis, and monitoring the health of the product line
Must Haves:
Proven skills in stakeholder management and internal evangelism
Minimum 10 years experience
Enterprise software experience preferred
Working relationships with finance, legal, sales and marketing
Strong ability to work well cross-functionally on a personal level with executives and individual team members
Proven skill with the Agile/Scrum model
Proven ability to establish clear priorities and execute strategies in a fast-paced environment
Experience developing and leading high performing teams
Experience with customer-related projects with an understanding of how customers think about software purchasing decisions and pricing
