• Define the overall Product Management roadmap, while building and leading the Product Management team.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements, release planning, test cases and bugs to launch, training and communications.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define our product, look at the market opportunity and the competitive landscape to provide our strategic vision and differentiating factors.
• Oversee the Product Release Lifecycle, working with cross-functional teams including sales/marketing and engineering teams.
• Advocate and evangelize CloudHealth’s product mission and vision both internally and externally.
• Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership team, driving our well-funded startup through this growth stage and beyond!

• Experience as an executive staff member managing an Product organization in a venture capital backed software company that has grown rapidly over a short period of time.
• Experience driving the evolution of a highly available, fault tolerant SaaS platform using modern frameworks on AWS. (Deep Cloud Industry and IT Systems Management knowledge is strongly preferred.)
• Experience managing both Product and UX operations for a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) business.
• Recent experience at a fast-growing startup using Agile methodologies, and a consistent track record of driving successful new products from concept to delivery.
• Proven expertise hiring and retaining top caliber technical talent in the Boston area.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical and detail-oriented thinking skills with a creative spirit that is contagious. 
• Knowledge of how all the pieces fit together - development, design, marketing, sales, etc. 
• The ability to operate in a startup environment and execute in the presence of ambiguity and change. 
• Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% to attend key events and meet with customers and partners to explain the product roadmap and get input of future product direction and evolution.
