HubSpot's User Success Coach Team will provide a human hand to help new users on HubSpot's free products get set up and on the path to success.

This role is an extremely exciting opportunity to work closely with services, sales, growth, marketing and product to learn and identify how to scale this function to produce the best outcome for our users and our business.

User Success Coaches at HubSpot:

  • Interact with HubSpot's freemium users through chat, phone, & email to help with product adoption & usage
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of the HubSpot platform to tackle technical & strategic questions about the product
  • Align and tailor the user experience to help them navigate the HubSpot software 
  • Balance the "how to" with the "why": Help users navigate the product and understand how to accomplish their immediate goals and long term objectives
  • Have a track record of impacting prospects, users, or customers to help them be more successful
  • Are fully immersed in HubSpot’s products and business strategy
  • Love experimenting with new channels to help users

We are looking for candidate with the following qualities:

  • Customer First Mentality: Do the right thing for the user. Users first, always.
  • Adaptability: Be open to a fast pace of change with regard to responsibilities, processes, experiments, systems, etc.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions with a genuine interest in understanding
  • Critical-Thinking Skills: Be able to gather insights and synthesize the information to make recommendations for the program in the future.
  • Drives for Results: Push yourself and others to exceed goals.
  • Technical Chops: Quickly diagnose and solve product issues to keep the user on track.
  • Coach-ability: Take feedback well from any source and translate feedback into action and improvement.

Required:

  • Professional experience in a customer service, support, sales, or product environment, where you have flexed some serious problem solving & consultative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
