As a member of our talent team, you will work with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage rockstar technical talent in the Boston tech scene. You’ll be our eyes and ears at industry events and in company headlines, following key trends and developing the roadmap that will introduce our next round of key hires to the ezCater brand.
You will:
- Strategize around building talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns.
- Contribute to the evolution and growth of our talent brand by thinking like a marketer.
- Help coordinate/attend events, build relationships, and engage with the tech community via blogs, meet-ups, open houses, and more. You will be a tireless advocate and ambassador for our engineering team.
- Be the first step in our hiring process and the face of ezCater. You will utilize multiple tools in your search for top engineering talent.
- Locate and activate talent that will move the needle for ezCater.
You have:
- 1-3 years of experience. You’re a boutique tech sourcer or an in-house talent sourcer at a fast-growing company, and you are looking for your next challenge.
- More than just sourcing skills. You think outside the box. You are creative and innovative in driving inbound candidates.
- Experience working with and building sourcing strategies for hiring managers across multiple geographic regions.
- A strong understanding of full stack engineering. You immediately hone in on the right skill sets when reviewing a resume, a LinkedIn profile, or a GitHub page.
- A strong understanding of open-source technologies. We're a Ruby on Rails shop.
- Expert organizational skills -- you stay on top of projects and love logistics.
- The ability to turn cold outreach into warm leads through research, approach, and follow-through.
- The ability and desire to become a full life cycle recruiter.
This is a critical hire. You will help to round out ezCater’s talent department and refine/enhance our approach and presence. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the role that recruiting plays in fast-growing companies.
