As a member of the Salsify Talent team, the Technical Recruiter owns and drives the recruiting process from end-to-end. This person will work consultatively with our hiring managers on our Engineering, Product, UX and Customer Success teams. This person will be responsible for engaging and converting high quality talent and driving an outstanding candidate experience at Salsify. 

Responsibilities 

-Deliver against hiring goals and needs of the business

-Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders

-Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute tactical recruiting strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet recruiting goals

-Establish and maintain a strong partnership with department leadership, and hiring managers

-Lead regular recruiting status meetings with hiring managers

-Manage the candidate lifecycle from outreach to close focusing on an outstanding candidate experience 

-Utilize creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques to attract target candidates

-Ensure a smooth hiring process for the hiring team

-Research and execute on employment branding opportunities for the technical team

Qualifications

-Proven results in a corporate recruiting function supporting technical teams

-Experience with managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects 

-Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives

-Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to drive and influence throughout recruiting lifecycle

-Understanding and adoption of recruiting data / metrics

-Experience using creative sourcing techniques to engage and convert candidates

-Proven results in driving a flawless experience for candidates and hiring teams 

-Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
