The Team Lead must be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. They will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote ownerIQ solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. Our goal is to aid businesses to succeed while retaining and growing our accounts and business to achieve long-term relationships. The ideal candidate must be able to see the bigger business issues for the client and help the client achieve positive outcome with ownerIQ.

In this senior level role, the ideal candidate will maintain a portfolio of strategic/key accounts while also training new Account Managers on campaign strategy, effective client communication, and ownerIQ product offerings. The Team Lead will work closely with the Client Services Senior Leadership to act as a liaison to continue to foster open communication and inter-departmental success while simultaneously developing managerial skills.

 Specific Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ownerIQ product offerings
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing OwnerIQ solutions that meet their objectives
  • Lead any special or ongoing projects that will have an impact on the team’s primary focus areas
  • Assist management with new hire process and ongoing new team member training while continuously monitoring to ensure training success
  • Identify ongoing training opportunities as well as handling the development and facilitation of these sessions
  • Work with Client Services Manager to review processes/procedures to identify operational inefficiencies and solutions
  • Act as direct point of contact for team member questions and feedback on new products or processes rolled out to the organization
  • Provide direction and communication to team on best practices with strategic accounts

 Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a client facing role within the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Ability to set priorities across multiple projects and clients, manage one’s time, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
