The Talent Sourcer will partner closely with Salsify’s recruiting team and hiring managers with a focus on driving candidate generation strategies. They will be responsible for executing a consistent top of funnel recruiting process; including finding, filtering, qualifying and presenting candidates. The Talent Sourcer is a key role to the Talent function to ensure the hiring needs of the business are met.
As the Talent Sourcer, you are the first point of contact and represent the employment brand of Salsify. Top candidates will have excellent communication skills and an active pulse on the SaaS candidate marketplace. You are well qualified for this role if you enjoy scavenger hunts, the thrill of the chase, and meeting new people.
Responsibilities
-Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow
-Identify strategic search opportunities and assist in managing search strategy for priority roles
-Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the recruiters and hiring managers
-Source and develop passive candidates through networking, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.
-Screen candidates for motivations, skills, compensation, etc.
-Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS (Lever)
-Present activity and funnel metrics to recruiters and hiring managers
-Collect, measure and evaluate market data
-Research and executes on talent branding and recruiting initiatives
Qualifications:
-Relevant sourcing experience required
-A strong understanding of search strings and sourcing tools (Linkedin, Entelo)
-Metrics-driven with a knack for compiling, interpreting, and communicating data
-Proven results in past roles including sourcing and/or recruiting
-Results-oriented mindset with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Strong collaboration and communication skills
