Our vision is bold – to build a national care coordination network that allows providers to put patients at the center of their care. Job Description:We are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to help us continue to build our team, including our software engineering team. As the Talent Acquisition Associate you will play a critical role in finding and hiring talent while owning the delivery of our recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate has experience executing effective sourcing campaigns to find and secure top talent from source to close. You are goal-focused, creative, and resourceful.  
What You Will Do:·       Manage the entire recruitment process from end to end, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance·       Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns·       Produce data-driven hiring metrics·       Manage relationships with key external recruiting firms·       Ensure seamless, positive candidate experiences·       Build and embody the PatientPing employment brand What You Need:·       3+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting across multiple departments at a high growth company·       1+ year of technical recruiting, specifically software engineering·       Proven track record of sourcing, recruiting and closing exceptional talent·       Experience with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, AngelList, and Github·       Experience with an applicant tracking system, Lever preferred·       Ability to collaborate with team members and hiring managers during weekly progress and pipeline review  ·       Proven track record for building great teams·       Exceptional organizational, time management, and process management skills·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills·       Ability to work autonomously on projects and prioritize appropriately·       Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment What You Get: ·       Be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing company with many opportunities to expand the role and responsibilities·       Have the autonomy to build something with a brilliant and enthusiastically supportive team·       Learn best practices from world class investors and advisors·       Become an expert on healthcare delivery system transformation, and work closely with the country’s most innovative health systems
