Overview
SimpliSafe is looking for a Talent Acquisition/HR coordinator to join a small G&A team. In this hybrid role, you will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, hire and onboard the best talent, as well as, provide HR benefit support for all employees. In addition, you will be instrumental in coordinating campus and offsite recruiting events, collaborate on special projects such as building out SimpliSafe’s employment brand.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage job posts in our Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and college boards
- Work directly with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, in some cases arrange travel for visiting candidates
- Continually identify opportunities to improve candidate experience, scheduling efficiency and onboarding process
- Research and respond to employee benefits inquiries and additional ad hoc support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications and SaaS based recruiting and/or HR systems
- Highest level of integrity in all dealings with people inside and outside the Company, exemplifying high moral and ethical behavior
- Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibility for various assigned projects
