The Digital Metrics & Analytics group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Digital Service Bureau team that supports the metrics needs of the Digital Storefronts and Digital Exec (CDO). This position will create solutions using Tableau and SQL, and will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and monitoring of Digital Metrics Dashboards. The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to leverage both advanced technical and analytical methods to analyze, evaluate, and present valuable insights to all stakeholders. The role requires working directly with business leaders to understand the business problem and deliver solutions that will continue to improve the digital business. 

Responsibilities :      
• Develop, implement and maintain Tableau analytical dashboards to support business and IT groups across the Digital organization.  This includes customer analytics, web & channel analytics, marketing analytics and omni channel analytics.
• Work closely with business partners to gather requirements and understand the question at hand.
• Rapid Tableau development.
• Communicate findings (the story) back to the business.
• Work both independently and with other analysts and project managers to deliver rapid solutions in a very agile team.
• This is a very fast-paced, agile team.  Candidate must be proficient working in this model.  Large program experience not a benefit!

Required Skills:      
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent technical training
• Masters in Data Science desired
• 1+ years Tableau development experience
• Experience with SQL development -  MariaDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently to resolve complex issues
• Demonstrates strong problem solving abilities

Desired Skills: (Preferred not required)        
• Financial services experience – Brokerage, Retirement or Banking
