With over 1,600 employees worldwide, administering our stock plan and all things equity related requires some focused talent. To do this effectively, we need an expert in stock administration like you. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, you will be responsible for all things stock admin and equity related (other than the stock compensation calculations done by finance). While this will be the majority of your time, there may be other legal assignments, including contract and vendor management, depending on the volume of work within our group. Here are a few more details on the role:

Description:

  • Responsible for administration and management of our Fidelity equity platform, including as the primary point of contact for Fidelity service providers
  • Act as “customer service” center for all equity related questions and assistance for worldwide team
  • Educate and advise managers and employees on equity and stock plan matters
  • With our compensation team, develop an effective, compliant, and scalable equity grant process
  • Compile equity reports from Fidelity and coordinate closely with AGC on preparing equity related portion of our proxy statement
  • Update grant agreements as needed
  • Administer 10b5-1 trading plans
  • Maintain policies and education on insider trading, including trading window and blackout period alerts
  • Provide other services as needed by HubSpot legal team (which may include non-stock admin matters)

 What’s required?

  • At least 5 years of experience in stock administration, preferably for a public company
  • Expertise in a stock admin platform, preferably Fidelity
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
