The COS platform team owns the frontend and backend architecture that supports HubSpot’s content management platform, the Content Optimization System (“COS”). The COS powers our customers’ websites, blogs and emails, integrating with HubSpot’s contacts and analytics systems to allow customization and targeting around any information stored in HubSpot. We’re directly responsible for the uptime and performance of these sites, and need a talented Java engineer to help us build the next generation of the platform.

Today, over 35,000 marketers rely on the COS to market and grow their operations. Looking forward, we want to grow the COS to be an extensible, customizable platform anyone can build on to create the next generation of personalized websites. We’re looking for a high-powered engineer that can help us build this new platform and allow customers, partners, and third-party developers to create any website or application they can dream of.
