We’re looking for an experienced product leader to join the team behind Brightcove’s industry-leading Video Marketing Suite. This is a unique opportunity to drive the strategy for Brightcove Gallery, one of Brightcove’s newest products that enables business team to successfully incorporate video into their marketing programs. You’ll work with a world class development team and have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the biggest brands on the world stage to deliver great video experiences.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are an experienced product manager who understands the world of digital marketers.
  • You have a strong passion for designing great (not merely good) products that will delight both customers and viewers.
  • You love getting out of the office to learn more about your customers and identify new opportunities
  • You are comfortable with the technical aspects of your product and don’t mind writing demos and supporting sales engineers.
  • You quickly earn the respect of engineers, contractors, and UI designers by articulating crisp product requirements with supporting customer data.
  • Your clear communication inspires confidence among internal business stakeholders including: executives, marketing, sales, legal, and support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for Brightcove Gallery including publishing tools, user experience, templates, analytics, and associated services.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify requirements, analyze market opportunities and set product strategy.
  • Manage beta programs to gather customer feedback and ensure successful releases.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations and product concepts. Typical audiences include executive management, marketing, customers, partners and press.
  • Research and evaluate competitive products & solutions to help sales position Brightcove’s strengths and to inform future product roadmap priorities.
  • Work closely with our partner organization to facilitate integrations with strategic partners.
