Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

Responsibilities:
- Grow our inbound funnel (website, social, content) through net new ideas and a rigorous testing mindset
- Empower and lead a team of experts to execute initiatives at all stages of the prospect journey
- Work cross functionally across PR, Sales, UX, Product Marketing, and other Demand Generation stakeholders to execute inbound initiatives and create new company-wide strategic visions for growth within your team
- Define a repeatable SEO process for Toast to rise to #1 in our top keyword terms
- Build conversion tests across the website to optimize traffic to submission rates
- Grow our social media presence through thoughtful content, campaigns, and engagement strategies
- Build a content marketing engine that will allow Toast to be seen as the #1 restaurant management and technology resource in the industry
- Lead the inbound team in creating quarterly and yearly roadmaps that allow Toast to scale to new heights
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 6+ years of experience
- Hungry to learn, fail, and succeed fast (your motto is “better vs. best”)
- Process-oriented
- Data puzzler and solver
- Comfortable with uncertainty and enjoys working in a fast-paced culture
- Experience growing and leading a team
- Belief that the best leaders enable their teams and their visions of success
- SEO knowledge (technical experience a plus including: site architecture, crawling, linking strategies, meta-descriptions, and on-page optimization; and experience with tools like SEMRush, Moz, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Website optimization experience (A/B testing and user testing)
- Experience with website development platforms (e.g. HubSpot) or CMS is a plus
