We’ve recently raised $10 million in Series B funding and operate more than 140 bike sharing programs, with clients such as Princeton University, Fort Collins Colorado, General Motors and Equity Properties. At Zagster, you will help transform the way people get around to make tangible improvements to the sustainability, health, and quality of life of communities everywhere. 

Overview:

The Sponsorship Success Manager is responsible for ensuring Zagster’s sponsors understand and see the value of their investment. Utilizing branding impression and community impact data, the Sponsorship Success Manager will showcase ROI to sponsors to ensure annual renewals.

Thinking creatively about our sponsors’ needs and Zagster’s value proposition, the Sponsorship Success Manager should be highly motivated by ROI and in line with decision maker's expectations.

As a funding platform for our Customers’ bike share networks, and a source of revenue for Zagster, Sponsorship is an essential component of success our programs. As the industry leader, Zagster must keep our sponsors front of mind finding innovative ways to achieve and showcase ROI. The Sponsorship Success Manager will be leading those efforts.

The Sponsorship Success Manager reports to the Director of Account Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve target renewal rates for Zagster Sponsors
  • Effectively and efficiently support our sponsorship customer base
  • Identify at-risk sponsors and work with Account Management team to mitigate funding risk
  • Showcase the value and ROI of bikeshare sponsorship to our sponsors
  • Act as Sponsor advocate to continue improving upon sponsorship product offering
  • Define key metrics and ROI criteria for Zagster bike share Sponsors
  • Establish reporting standards which display strong ROI and value added benefits of sponsorship
  • Collaborate with Digital Promotion Manager to develop scalable sponsorship product offering
  • Create process efficiencies to maximize sponsorship support while scaling with corporate growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a B2B relationship management role
  • Marketing, customer success, or business development experience desired
  • Able to analyze data and develop insights with action plan
  • Be a self-starter, tenacious, and results oriented
  • Excellent probing and listening skills to uncover business needs and potential risk
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively to buying decision makers
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities through data and execute on improvement plans
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience balancing internal business objectives (Profit/Revenue) and Customer goals
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
