Every enterprise sales person knows that a great sales engineer can play a significant role in closing business. We know this too and we’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with prospective customers and internal account teams to move prospects from initial interest to closed-won deals. You will handle the technical aspects of the sale and will be a true partner to the sales team that you support.
Responsibilities
- Create and help to present custom presentations showcasing industry and prospect-specific use cases
- Aid in the discovery process and tie prospect requirements back to Evergage’s solution
- Demo the Evergage solution on web meetings and in person
- Create custom demos for large prospects and improve existing industry-specific demo environments
- Answer RFPs as well as build and maintain a library of RFP questions
- Become a trusted technical advisor in deals, including winning the confidence of CMOs, IT and CIOs
- Present the technical aspects of the solution to large client audiences
- Work with Customer Success to continually build a library of industry use cases for pre and post sales
Requirements
- Possess an “above and beyond” attitude. We wow and delight our customers and we wow and delight our prospects. You will play a big part in making that possible
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role helping to close 6 figure deals in the marketing technology space
- Strong technical skills – able to quickly learn the ins and outs of our solution and understand how it solves customers’ needs
- Development experience is a plus
- Savvy business skills – able to combine understanding of Evergage’s solution with understanding of customer’s business needs to make valued recommendations
- Strong presentation skills
- Willing to travel 30% and up when needed
- Strong time management skills – able to juggle and manage competing demands
