- Design and develop large-scale enterprise class applications using a Java/Hibernate stack (will consider experience in comparable back-end technologies) 
- Work in a true full-stack environment. Here you will work on the back-end, the middle-tier, and the front end. Will also do unit testing and implementation 
- Will interact with business units/customers/other teams on a regular basis to ensure applications are designed in an optimal fashion
