ABOUT ROLE
 
LogMeIn is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help drive the continued market success of our Rescue product.  Through the development of deep market knowledge and a strong understanding of our customers and competitors, the right candidate will help drive the go to market strategy, messaging and positioning for the #1 premium remote support tool in the world.  A data-driven approach along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits will be incredibly valuable.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for Rescue, this role will be crucial in growing and evolving the Rescue business through the strategic development and execution of product and vertically segmented go-to- market plans.
  • Be the expert on Rescue buyers, their journey, and buying criteria and understand the competition inside and out.  Leverage this foundation to communicate a differentiated market position that demonstrates value through a variety of channels.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team of demand-generation professionals, digital strategists, and product experts as well as other members of the product marketing team to help drive the business forward through innovative inbound and outbound marketing programs.
  • Build and leverage data-driven insights from external and internal sources to redefine the rescue value story and generate supporting thought leadership tracks.
  • Manage content development plans and execution efforts that generate interest in our products and ultimately drives conversion. 
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases along with managing the cross-functional implementation teams.
 REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or management preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing for a software product and/or technology company
  • Product marketing experience in a highly technical and B2B focused environment preferred
  • Familiarity with vertical or segmented marketing a plus
  • Experience building impactful marketing collateral and informational content including; white papers; interactive product demos; webinars; and web video for content marketing programs (please provide samples of your work)
  • Proficiency in mapping and developing a user journey, including content, for a B2B product
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills required
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and professional manner with all levels of the organization is a must
