The Senior Manager Total Rewards will work closely with our Leadership Team as a critical and influential partner to design and build our global total rewards program through innovative solutions and programs. These programs will reflect our standing in the market as an amazing place to work! You will champion Total Rewards on a global basis across all aspects of compensation, benefits, wellness and recognition while partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition and People Strategy teams to ensure that we attract, inspire and retain the key ingredient to our success – our people.

Responsibilities:

 

- Develop a thoughtful and comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that embraces competitive data and innovative approaches that align with our business goals and talent philosophies

- Partner closely with the Executive Team and the People Team to drive desired results in attracting, motivating and retaining our people

- Establish global compensation philosophy and rewards programs that will enable Turbonomic to attract and retain top talent as we continue our aggressive growth

- Drive the standardization of job levels, career ladders and compensation ranges across the organization

- Establish a benefits methodology and subsequent benefits programs for all of our global markets that can scale, are cost effective and competitive

- Invest in our core HRIS by making the right technology decisions to optimize efficiency and scale

- Develop organizational training and feedback sessions to ensure our people have the right level of understanding of our philosophies and programs while allowing the opportunity to provide input to our approach

- Deliver the Total Rewards “story” through the appropriate communication vehicles so our people understand the program, their benefits, their value and all available resources

- Build a function that delivers an incredible employee experience through its responsiveness, communication and operational efficiency

- Ensure that the company is in compliance with all compensation and benefits laws and regulations

- Advise on marketplace trends, relevant laws and competitive programs

Qualifications:

 

- 6-8+ years progressive experience in both benefits and compensation

- Able to think strategically while also being operationally strong in designing and implementing our programs

- Track record of success

- Deep benefits and compensation related experience with global execution; Knowledge in the design, funding, compliance, administration and communication of our programs

- Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization that influence, engage and foster trust across the company

- Has brought innovation and creativity to compensation and benefits strategies

- Analytical skills and the ability to translate analysis into executive presentations

- Bachelor’s degree required. CBP, CCP or SHPR a plus
