TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals: Senior Manager, Display Marketing

TripAdvisor is seeking a Senior Manager for its global vacation rentals business who will be directly responsible for our display advertising channel.

Located in Needham, our mission is to help travelers find their perfect vacation rental anywhere in the world. This position is an exceptional opportunity for a smart, creative, highly motivated superstar interested in growing a breakthrough online travel business.

 What you'll do

• Exceed aggressive consumer traffic and ROI goals for the display advertising channel across a global portfolio of websites, which include multiple brands, geographies, and languages.
• Manage, optimize, and expand display advertising programs and relationships for portfolio, which currently include Criteo, Facebook and Google.
• Manage and optimize marketing budget.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs across areas of responsibility.
• Work cross-functionally across consumer marketing, creative, product management, engineering, analytics and development teams.

 What we seek

• 6+ years of experience with 3+ years of relevant experience in online marketing, preferably with deep knowledge of paid search or display advertising at consumer internet businesses.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams directly and working successfully cross-functionality.
• Proven ability to execute - results oriented with roll-up-the-sleeves attitude.
• Exceptional problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to think and act creatively, strategically, and tactically.
• Strong, relentless attention and focus to details.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, mindset and work ethic are a must.
