Seeking energetic Sales Leader for the Just Add Cooking Sales Team
The Sales Leader will oversee and support all aspects of the sales cycle, including management of existing accounts as well as developing and signing new customers.
Key responsibilities include
An outgoing personality, dependability and a passion for Just Add Cooking and our mission of helping families cook dinners from scratch every night and supporting the local New England food economy.
Responsible for overseeing existing accounts and managing day-to-day sales and communication.
Develop and qualify leads delivered from various channels by the marketing department.
Sell product to new customers at events
Find and generate new events that enable us to promote Just Add Cooking to our target customer groups
Prepare and present sales proposals
Assist the sales team on a daily basis with local promotional activities
Who are you?
You are an energetic, outgoing and highly organized professional, ideally with at least 1 year of sales experience but for the right candidate we will work with you! You have a track record of exceeding goals and delivering against clearly stated objectives.
Ideally you have experience within the food industry
Can multi-task, problem solve and work in a fast pasted environment
Can work in a team environment and independently
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education/experience will be considered· Sales experience within food industry is preferred· Ability to work both independently and as a team player· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals· Attention to details and time management skills· Excellent communication skills i.e. written/verbal

Just Add Cooking is a 3-year-old Boston-based food startup that provides meal kits to customers, including ingredients and recipes to make home-cooked dinners. We focus on high quality, locally-sourced ingredients from New England. We are a team of 14 people in total
