Search Marketing Manager, Product Listing Ads

Chewy is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated Product Listing Ads Manager to join our exciting and fast-paced company located in Boston, MA. In this role, you will be directly responsible for growing our SEM campaigns across multiple search engines. As a member of the SEM team you’ll work collaboratively to advance our growing marketing capabilities with an emphasis on direct response strategies. You’ll partner with amazing gurus across the company while building and managing relationships with our outside partners and vendors.
What you’ll do:
- Own a piece of the largest and fastest growing marketing channels in the company.
- Oversee the product feeds and implement feed optimizations based on performance and trends.
- Manage the program end-to-end, including set-up, bidding, optimization, and analytics.
- Manage campaigns to ensure that they are continually improving and growing.
- Work in parallel with other teams including merchandising and supply to accomplish objectives.
- Lead as a critical thinker using data and experience to make sound decisions, even with incomplete information/under pressure.
- Actively engage in our fast-paced ‘Test & Learn’ operating approach by conducting and analyzing results and applying learnings to impact future testing and optimizations.
- Assist in budget development and forecasting while monitoring key metrics and develop strategies to optimize performance.
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing product listing ads
- Experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns on Google and Bing
- Strong direct response marketing ethic with a focus on CPA based optimization
- Proficient in Google Analytics or equivalent analytics platform
- Obsessively organized and detailed oriented
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communications skills (written and oral).
- Self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a fast-paced team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, economics, mathematics, finance or related field
- Client-side experience, a plus
- Ability to write SQL a plus
