Overview:

We're looking for a SDET/QA Automation Engineer to help develop and automate testing frameworks for our product offerings and infrastructure within an evolving CI/CD framework. Some of the products under test include:

• REST based API services (Node.js)
• Angular based web applications
• Native iOS and Android apps
• Online shopping
• CRM
• Fulfillment and shipping systems
• 3rd Party Integrations e.g. Nest

About You:

• 3+ years of QA experience with web and/or mobile technologies (functional or load testing)
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline
• Experienced in designing and automating test cases and test infrastructure
• Solid understanding of the HTTP protocol and REST APIs
• A team player with good communication skills but also comfortable working independently
• Familiar with agile concepts and how to work in an agile team
• Comfortable with the command line wherever it resides
• Love building new things but realize that maintenance is half the battle, even for QA frameworks

Extra points for:

• Node.js testing experience
• Building out test automation in AWS or other cloud environments
• Pentest experience
• Experience in helping to bootstrap a QA department
• Experience in a DevOps/IoT/microservices environment with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation software (Puppet, Ansible)
