Are you looking to kick start your career in sales operations?

HubSpot’s Sales Ops team is looking for candidates who are interested in changing the way companies do business from the inside out. As a Salesforce Support Administrator you will work directly with our global sales reps and leaders to improve the performance of HubSpot’s Sales organization by designing and implementing process improvements, and driving the adoption of the world’s leading technologies to enable the scale, agility and velocity of a world class Sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operational management of the sales organization, enabling sales reps to spend more time on customer facing activities through Salesforce case queue in a timely manner
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve sales reps productivity
  • Perform deep analysis on the leading, in-process, and lagging indicators
  • Design and maintain a variety of business reports and dashboards, both regular and ad-hoc.
  • Package and sell recommendations to executive and sales management through a balance of quantitative analysis and qualitative “outside in” perspectives
  • Identify requirements of the sales process and sales systems improvements on a daily basis
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and Services to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of operational plan and growth goals

You should have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales operations, finance, consulting, or analytical role
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills - customer service experience a plus
  • Fanatical attention to detail
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM knowledge required
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business

Required Education:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree
