We are looking for an experienced Salesforce.com Developer to join our CRM implementation team. What you'll do:

• Translate business requirements into working solutions using a combination of Salesforce configuration and custom development approaches.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve complex system problems. Develop and manage complex workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations.
• Partner with data integration team members to analyze, improve, and implement integrated data and process flows.
• Design and develop custom Apex code and Visualforce. Document solutions so they can be managed effectively by administrators
• Supplement Salesforce admins as necessary to set up fields, profiles, roles, security, data loads and other configurations.
• Assist business and technical team members in the evaluation of App Exchange and third party solutions.
• Participate in estimating development and testing times. Consistently produce deliverables within agreed upon timelines.

What you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience developing large-scale, custom solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform (Enterprise edition or higher).
• Proven experience developing and testing scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Console Integration Toolkit, and Force.com APIs on large-scale projects, particularly for Service Cloud.
• Experience building customer facing, web-based user interfaces, with a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Experience with Lightning/Aura or other Javascript frameworks is highly desirable.
• Proven experience with enterprise-level systems development and integrations, preferably supporting mission-critical systems within a large, multi-product company.
• Be a proponent of commenting code and writing proper documentation. Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of working independently or with other team members on multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn and update skills independently and collaboratively to cover new technology options.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications a plus.
• Experience with agile methodology and processes (Scrum in particular) is a plus.
