We're looking for a Salesforce Admin to manage the Salesforce production environment, test new software releases, implement changes and customize objects, monitor profiles and security settings, develop and test reports, and manage user accounts. In collaboration with the Head of Sales Operations, you will work with a variety of functions within Sales, including Enterprise and Corporate Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Development, as well as cross-functionally with Marketing and Finance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify improvements to existing usage of Salesforce and other sales systems with Director, Sales Operations
  • Build ideal Hubspot-Salesforce flow along with Marketing Operations
  • Work with product and sales teams to automate onboarding, upsell/downsell, and renewal flows (e.g. trial activation, over-quota billing) with Salesforce and production
  • Support ad-hoc Salesforce automation initiatives leveraging the Force.com platform
  • Implement / Manage bi-directional data flow and integration points including Hubspot, Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Zuora, and Accounting / ERP systems
  • Develop blueprint for internal infrastructure needed to implement fully automated self-serve Enterprise SKU and light-touch, high-velocity, mostly-automated online sales

REQUIREMENTS

What You’ll Need:

  • Integrity and trustworthiness
  • Minimum 3+ years functioning as an SFDC Administrator in a SaaS environment
  • Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce Pages, Visualforce Components & Controllers, API tools, Data Loaders, Force.com Platform preferred
  • Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator certification required
  • Salesforce.com Advanced Developer certification a plus
  • Salesforce.com Technical Architect certification a plus
  • Experience with Apttus, Boomi, Chart.io, Gainsight, Hubspot, Looker, NetSuite, RedShift, Spark, Zuora, Tableau, Xactly, or other similar applications and solutions
  • Judgment of which operational changes are worth the effort (i.e. data migration, integration technique, and tool selection)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to structure frameworks and initiate an action plan
  • People management (ability to develop, retain and recruit talent)
  • Nice to have: Experience in product management, engineering, or similar technical role or solid foundation in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
