We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who is naturally driven to solve problems, collaborate across teams to support a dynamic and fast-growing sales team. The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with the Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams to understand and streamline our sales process, business intelligence efforts, sales activity tracking and order management. This individual's primary focus revolves around increasing Sales productivity, efficiency and data integrity across teams and systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Become closely familiar with the Sales and renewal processes to help train and strengthen existing business process Hands-on involvement with sales team to support systems and compliance reviews
  • Help train the Sales team on Sales policies and internal process
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to gauge lead trends and monitor lead flow
  • Partner with Sales team on Order Guidelines and Bookings
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding process by giving training and managing sales content repository
  • Build and monitor Sales metrics and own data integrity across systems
  • Develop internal relationships with key stakeholders
  • Sales Training and Setup for all our efficiency and prospecting applications
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests

Education & Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Economics or Marketing (or equivalent experience)
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, team player who’s looking to help drive process and add value in a fast-paced and growing environment
  • Willingness to learn Sales process and support Sales team’s day to day efforts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies such as Salesforce, Hoopla and Yesware
  • Prior CRM experience is a plus but not required
