Sales Operations Specialist

Summary

Are you in Sales Operations and looking for a star role on a close-knit team? Or are you a Sales Rep more interested in increasing sales team productivity than killing quota? LevelUp is looking for a key player to support our sales org’s growth and to keep the team humming at full speed ahead. The ideal candidate for this role will be a must-have in strategic whiteboard sessions, an advocate reps can go to with questions and pain points, and a killer analytical thinker who can be relied on for A-level reports and analyses. The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with our Salesforce Business Analyst and upper management in support of operational needs including but not limited to sales acceleration, business intelligence, process design & implementation, training, and reporting & analysis. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain sales acceleration tools for AEs and BDRs
  • Evaluate operational processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
  • Own all sales metrics and reporting
  • Analyze trends and make data-driven recommendations & decisions
  • Collaborate with B2B Marketing team to equip reps with top line marketing communications
  • Optimize the sales rep and manager experience within Salesforce
  • Manage and continually improve business intelligence integrations
  • Provide administrative support as needed to sales team and management
  • Conduct new sales hire training and oversee internal documentation
  • Drive ad hoc sales operations projects
  • Work closely with Chief Sales Officer and liaise with Client Service, Product, and Project Management team leads

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in Sales Operations or Sales
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Organized and can run multiple activities and projects simultaneously
  • Problem solver (especially when others haven’t yet recognized there’s a problem)
  • Self starter always looking for ways to improve themselves and the systems around them

Bonus Points

  • Experience in direct sales and/or business development
  • Familiarity with Atlassian/JIRA, Pardot, Xactly and Excel
