Catchpoint is excited to announce our Summer 2017 Sales Operations Internship Program! We’re looking for energetic and motivated students, who will be graduating in either Fall 2017 or Spring 2018. Interns will have the opportunity to gain real world experience and learn about a growing industry in a fun and fast-paced startup environment. This will be a paid internship, and the program will run for 12 weeks beginning May 2017.


 Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operational support for sales
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to help Salesforce.com users in their reporting and analysis
  • Gather & analyze consistent and accurate information from Salesforce.com to make data-driven decisions
  • Support Salesforce.com data quality processes to maintain prospect and customer information
  • Evaluate operational processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
  • Drive ad hoc sales operations projects

 
Experience and Skills:

  • Interest or direct experience in sales
  • Interest or knowledge in web technologies and digital businesses
  • General understanding of Salesforce.com
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail & process-oriented
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales or marketing internship experience is preferred, but not required.

Must be graduating either Dec 2017 or May 2018 to be eligible to apply for this internship.
