Sales Operations Analyst
The CarGurus Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the growing sales organization and its daily sales activities. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, and should be able to manage numerous tasks and projects concurrently.
Responsibilities:
Deal Desk:
- Support daily sales activities and processing of sales operations requests
- Partner with sales to generate non-standard contracts and ensure clean records of SFDC opportunities flowing to the billing system
- Deal review for completeness and compliance
SFDC Admin:
- Partner with senior analysts in support of ongoing SFDC development
- Employee provisioning and de-provisioning in SFDC
- Liaise with Marketing and upload Marketing leads timely and accurately
- Data stewardship: proactively manage SFDC records, page layouts, fields, etc. by eliminating expired fields and adding labels to existing ones
- Review and process Sales Ops cases
- Generate reports and dashboards via Wave Analytics and standard SFDC reporting
- Create process documentation and training material
- Manage regular change management communication via Chatter groups
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- Demonstrated SFDC proficiency (certified a plus)
- Experience with sales automation, enablement, reporting, and business intelligence tools
- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills
