Sales Development Representative
Location: Concord, MA
Serving more than 260,000 students and growing, BoardOnTrack is looking for our next outbound sales development rep to work for the leader in non-profit board management. We are a high growth SaaS company providing expertise, training, web-based tools and a membership community to non-profit boards nationwide. We are building a company that will allow us to have an ever-growing impact and are looking for a new team member with an unwavering “can-do” attitude.
The right candidate will:
- Absorb the sales playbook and be ready to start prospecting within two weeks
- Master the identification of target prospects using Google, LinkedIn, and SFDC
- Become an expert at all of the tools we use to generate opportunities
- Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips
- Coordinate advancement of inbound leads with account executive.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to targeted customers
- Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects
- Efficiently and accurately qualify leads via our sales process
- Exceed quota of 15+ Sales Qualified Leads in third full-time month
You have:
- 0-2 years of inside sales or relevant experience (phone/web sales preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (business major preferred)
- Sincere customer empathy
- Ability to speak with key customer stakeholders
- Phone, presentation, and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience selling technology and/or software
- Exceptional organization skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction
- Willingness to learn and grow in a start-up environment
- Hustle and persistence
- Nonprofit industry experience a plus
