Sales Account Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for day to day execution of sales activities interacting with charter school leaders and board members to drive new business. Excellent presentation, communication, active listening and problem solving skills are a must. Sense of self responsibility, commitment to team and comfortability with change are needed to succeed
Skills and Experience you bring:
- 2-3 years B2B sales experience, SaaS or subscription sales is a plus
- Non-Profit/Business acumen – an understanding of Non-Profit structure (dynamics of the board – head of non-profit relationship) and the drivers in a B2B sales process
- Discovery and objection handling – skilled at asking questions, listening, identifying needs, connecting solutions to needs and redirecting
- Value based selling – connect BoardOnTrack as a solution to customer’s stated needs
- Proficient with technology – to include Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com and online presentation applications
- Experience with a start ups and working in fast-paced environments a plus
