Zagster is the fastest-growing bike-share provider in North America. With industry-leading technology and an innovative model, our mission is to make the bike the most loved form of transportation — and we’re looking for an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to help make it happen.

This is a key role at a high-growth point for the company, reporting directly to our Director of Sales. This will be a senior level candidate who has experience selling into enterprise accounts, carrying a large quota and closing 6 and 7 figure deals.

We’ve recently raised $10 million in Series B funding and operate more than 150 bike sharing programs in over 35 states, with clients such as General Motors, Princeton University, Equity Residential, and Fort Collins, Colorado. At Zagster, you will help transform the way cities work, and make tangible improvements to the sustainability, health, and quality of life for people everywhere. Responsibilities:

  • Major accounts responsibility for a large geographical territory of the United States, with a focus on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration
  • Acquire new 6 and 7 figure accounts within the Government, Education, and Corporate verticals
  • Work cross functionally with sales, product development, finance, marketing, engineering and legal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven track record for delivering on or exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience in a value based sales process, ideally from within the enterprise SaaS platform sales industry.
  • Highly motivated, extremely organized, team-oriented, creative, and possess outstanding communication and negotiating skills.
  • Experience with formal procurement processes, including RFPs, and negotiating contracts
  • Effective presenting, communicating, and selling effectively to senior level executives, on the phone and in person.
  • Active listening skills and a genuine curiosity to uncover customer needs, evaluation processes, and solution potential
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel
  • A passion for learning and an appreciation for how much there is to learn about sales
  • You want the ball in your hands with the game on the line

Preferred:

  • Experience with state and local governments and educational institutions
  • You’ve won an award for your sales performance.
  • You’re passionate about bicycling, the sharing economy, transportation, and/or sustainability.
