Brightcove is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator Co-op! The Recruiting co-ops will assist the fun, fast-paced Recruiting team with a wide variety of projects and gain a greater understanding of how we provide an excellent candidate experience all the way from application to offer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with interview process, scheduling, and candidate management
• Participate in external events, career fairs, or meetups as needed
• Plan New Hire Orientations with the HR team
• Coordinate schedules across multiple time zones in the US, Asia, and Europe
• Assist with the logistics of recruiting events (career fairs and meet ups)
• Coordinate travel arrangements, when approved, through outside travel vendor
• Post jobs to various school and career sites
• Maintain weekly recruiting metrics
• Plan monthly intern social events and lunches
• Participate in the growth of the company by helping to reinforce company culture, recruit talent, and develop positive partner relationships
• Ad hoc projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing a BA in business or the liberal arts
• Prior HR, customer service, or administrative experience, a plus
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and Google products
• Experience with Greenhouse, another ATS, HTML, or another front end language is a plus
• Great multitasker, very organized, close attention to detail
• Team player
• Able to take a project and run with it
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in media, software, or technology industries is a plus
