We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to come join our team! Responsibilities:

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by working directly with candidates and the Runkeeper team to schedule interviews, greet and host candidates while on-site, address any issues that arise, and follow up after the interview
• Support the entire recruiting process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Work with the Sr. Recruiter to come up with strategic and creative ideas on how to better recruiting at Runkeeper i.e. process improvements, employer brand tactics for the Boston market, diversity initiatives, and more
• Support the team in the planning and execution of recruiting focused events such as campus career fairs, meetups, open houses, presence at industry events, and more 

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting, ideally in-house
• A desire to create an exemplary candidate experience for everyone that comes into contact with our recruiting team
• Genuine curiosity in how things work across the company and how each new role we recruit for plays a part
• Dedicated and hardworking
• Experience or interest in gaining a solid understanding of technology
