Catalant is looking for a People Operations Coordinator! In this position you will play a major role in the talent acquisition and people growth function at Catalant. You will assist with full life cycle recruitment, on-boarding, employer branding, new hire processes, and many other projects. You will work with a world class team that is redefining the way work gets done.

About you:

  • BA in Business or the Liberal Arts.
  • Prior HR, customer service, or administrative experience.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, and a close attention to detail
  • Ability to take a project and run with it.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or software industry a plus.
  • Experience with a CRM or ATS (Salesforce, Greenhouse, Lever, etc) a plus

About the job:

  • Assist with interview process, scheduling, and candidate management
  • Help to develop Catalant’s Employer brand across multiple online resources.
  • Participate in external events, career fairs, or meetups as needed
  • Plan New Hire Orientations with the HR team
  • Coordinate employee engagement pulse-checks
  • Post jobs to various school and career sites
  • Maintain weekly recruiting metrics
  • Participate in the growth of the company by helping to reinforce company culture, recruit talent, and develop positive partner relationships
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
