As a recruiter at Circle, you’ll partner across all teams to bring the best people to the Circle team. You’ll engage with hiring teams in Boston, San Francisco, London and Dublin and join a talent acquisition function that is passionate about attracting and engaging high caliber talent and building programs that will help us scale.

Projects you’ll work on

  • Inspire change through continuous development and improvement of talent acquisition practices
  • Drive the hiring process from initial requisition to offer acceptance
  • Develop a unique, positive and engaging experience for all potential talent
  • Champion innovative interviewing, sourcing and hiring practices and work with our teams to coach and train on these initiatives
  • Iterate and AB test everything from messaging to sources of talent to improve talent acquisition at Circle
  • Write content that showcases Circle’s employment brand and opportunities including blogs, articles, outreach messaging and our career site
  • Get creative in attending, planning and hosting relevant events for targeted audiences to build a network of experts and pipeline in the fields of engineering, talent/HR, marketing, product and customer experience

What you'll bring to Circle

  • Track record of success recruiting in the tech space, including 2+ years of engineering recruiting exposure
  • Experience with proactive, creative sourcing strategies and using these methods to engage high-caliber talent
  • Self-starter, agile and able to manage multiple projects at one time, focusing on the work that matters
  • Passion for talent acquisition and delivering results that will shape Circle’s business as we scale
  • Interest in leading change through continuously developing, iterating and improving talent acquisition programs
  • You pride yourself on building relationships and partnering with the business to make impactful hires
