• Work closely with sales team to design and win new engagements
• Conceptualize and package new product ideas
• Build consensus among internal and external teams to earn the trust of clients
• Dig into architectural and business implications of mobile app and site concepts
• Act as an advisor and account manager to clients big and small
• Build products and product concepts with the end user in mind
• Write user stories and assist design and development teams to provide estimates
• Provide guidance and counsel to internal teams

• 5+ years of experience participating and/or (ideally) leading design, development and delivery of digital products
• Charismatic, energetic and magnetic individual who provides counsel internally and externally
• Comfortable in sales setting; RFP experience preferred
• Confident in pitching ideas, building consensus and selling business concepts
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• Ability to map the big picture/macro strategy to detailed product decisionsUndergraduate degree preferred
• Preference for entrepreneurial spirit and those who have pursued a side project
