Here at HubSpot, we are looking for a Product Program Manager to work closely with Product leadership to operationalize the successful delivery of a variety of different programs. The Product Program Manager (PPM) is the heart of the HubSpot Product Operating System, responsible for making all of the Product OS programs move effectively and efficiently.

Paired with and reporting to the VP of Product, the PPM will work with internal stakeholders to establish appropriate, effective, and evolving programs that ensure successful execution and innovation toward the goals of each program.

Examples of activities that the PPM would undertake with program owners include but are not limited to:

  • Establishment of program goals and timelines
  • Establishment of effective program meeting cadence, agenda/purpose, and attendees
  • Establishment of clear goals and action items as well as follow through to ensure that progress is made
  • Establishment of effective program publishing and communication of program progress (email, wiki, etc.)
  • Establishment and socialization of best practices for program execution
  • Creative input and oversight into program content, quality, and effectiveness
Responsibilities

The Product Program manager will work in concert with other internal teams to ensure the success of the following programs:

  • Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding
  • Product Launches
  • Internal Product team communications
  • Review Cycle
  • Annual planning
  • Product Management, Design, and Product Lead meetings
  • Product Budget and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Cross-team Project Management

This list of programs is subject to change and likely to evolve over time.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in operationalizing processes and programs
  • A track record building out successful programs or projects
  • A background in operations or analysis
  • Experience operating with autonomy and making sound business decisions
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
